1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the rtp mega platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. These terms cover all services, features, games, promotions and functions available through the rtp mega platform, whether accessed via web browser or mobile app.

Rtp mega reserves the right to update these terms from time to time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Membership Eligibility

3. Registration and Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the rtp mega platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and cancellation of all wins and balances.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, identification number, phone number and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rtp mega will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from the member's own negligence. Please notify the rtp mega support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Deposits and Withdrawal of Funds

The rtp mega platform supports a range of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed instantly once payment confirmation is received.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Rtp mega reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method if required.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen payment method.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances requiring management approval.
• Withdrawal requests made before the associated bonus wagering requirements are met will be placed on hold until those requirements are fulfilled.

5. Game Rules and Conditions

All games available on the rtp mega platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent body. This ensures every game outcome is fully random, free from manipulation, and fair to all players.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, rtp mega will endeavour to restore the session data. However, rtp mega is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection issues on the user's end, power outages, or device failure.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

7. Member Conduct and Responsibilities

Rtp mega members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. The following are strictly prohibited on the rtp mega platform:

• Using profane, abusive or threatening language toward staff or other members.
• Launching any cyberattacks, hacking attempts or efforts to disrupt platform operations.
• Sharing or selling account login credentials to another party.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any technology to conceal your true identity or location for deceptive purposes.
• Conducting any money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions through the platform.
• Colluding with other members to cheat the system in multiplayer games.

Rtp mega reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating any of the above provisions. During an investigation, the account in question may be temporarily suspended. rtp mega's decision in all investigation cases is final.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Rtp mega reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, rtp mega reserves the right to forfeit all funds, bonuses, and wins held in that account without any compensation.

For account closures due to ordinary reasons not involving a violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 7 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The rtp mega platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. rtp mega is not liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Financial losses incurred during a valid gaming session.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond rtp mega's control, including natural disasters, third-party network outages or government actions.
• Failures or delays caused by third-party payment systems.

10. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws

Rtp mega reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Notice of significant changes will be sent via email to registered members.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the terms and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
